Hildegards

The Hildegards are a woman’s group that began almost 20 years ago with a handful of members meeting in a parishioner’s home. The main focus was to broaden their knowledge of the Catholic faith. They also chose a project, making Easter baskets for Evergreen Christian Outreach. The group has since grown to over 50 members, and they meet on the second Monday of every month from September to May. Each meeting provides a stimulating program and discussion on ways to support the parish and the Evergreen community.

The group is named after Saint Hildegard of Bingen, a 12th Century healer and visionary. The Hildegards strive to foster the Christian virtues of faith, hope, and love throughout the community in service projects, and done was it can to support the parish through fundraisers.

Any woman is welcome to join.
