Music Ministry

“We must have music. It is good for our souls. It reminds us of the beauty of God’s world. And through music, through making music or listening to it, we can thank God. Music is one of the best ways to pray.”

— Pope John Paul II

MUSIC MINISTRY OPTIONS

Voice Instruction

Private or small group voice lessons are available to anyone at CTK. Even if your spouse says you’re tone-deaf, you can learn to sing beautifully and read music.

CTK Choir

Rehearses Sundays at 9:00am and serves at the 10:00am Mass. Part-dominant rehearsal tracks are provided so you can learn your music on your own!

Organists & Pianists

There is a strong need for organists and pianists to serve at Mass at Christ the King. Please contact us if you feel called to this important ministry.

The Music Ministry at CTK offers a beautiful way to serve the local community, allowing you to use your musical gifts to help others pray. In addition to enhancing the liturgy, you will also experience:

  • Spiritual growth
  • Community connection
  • Skill development

Please contact Mike Milcoyne with questions. To sign up, use the form.
