RENTING CTK FACILITIES

In 2010, Christ the King completed a major expansion project to make our facilities more functional and useful to our parish family.  These facilities are primarily for the use of Christ the King parish groups and families. Outside groups can rent the facilities with permission of the Pastor and Pastoral Council, but these groups are generally limited to other parishes, their affiliated schools, weddings, or some other group that meets with the Pastor’s approval and does not act or teach in a way that conflicts with our Catholic beliefs.

Requests to use the facilities must be in writing, and are subject to the approval of the Pastor and Pastoral Council under the guidelines of the Parish Usage Policy. For private events, the Archdiocese of Denver requires a one-time insurance policy to be taken out and paid for by the private party.

Requests for community events can be reviewed for a one-time dispensation.
