Building on FAITH - Art

Artwork for the new CTK Parish Center

Art has been an important part of the experience of the Catholic as long as there has been a Church. Whether it be the frescos of Giotto, the sculptures of Michelangelo, or the architecture of Bernini, Sacred Art has served to heighten the experience of those coming together to pray and celebrate God's many gifts. As the new Parish Center takes shape, the staff and councils of Christ the King feel it's important to continue this tradition. For that reason we've already started the process of finding pieces to place in and around the new building when it is complete. A few of the pieces have already been generously paid for, yet we still want to find donors for others. If you want to make a donation for one of the pieces below, please contact the Pastoral Assistant at 303-674-3155 or liturgy.ctk@gmail.com. We will also encourage parish artists to provide a suitable piece to go in the new building.
